Urge No on Disastrous Trumpcare Bill – Call our Senators!
The Congressional Budget Office says that by 2026, Trumpcare will cause 24 million people to lose their health insurance.

Script: Hi, I am calling to ask Senator ____ to vote against Trumpcare. I am alarmed at what it will take away from average Americans like myself, in terms of healthcare, and what it will give to wealthy Americans in terms of tax cuts. I have done my homework and read the non-partisan reports issued by both the CBO and the Joint Committee on Taxation. The repeal will take away health coverage from millions and will be especially detrimental to the elderly, and the poorest of Americans.
Highlights of the CBO report on Trumpcare include 1) 14 million people losing coverage by 2018, 2) 24 million people losing coverage by 2026, 3) A 64 year old making $26,500 a year being asked to pay $12,000 for health insurance. On the plus side, Trumpcare includes $592 billion in tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans. Trumpcare is not health care, it is wealth care.
